Staying in bed and breakfast is surely one of the most authentic ways to discover a region.
According to the very principle of a Guest House, we welcome our guests personally and remain available at all times to offer a friendly and warm contact , to give advice on the pretty places to visit, the restaurants not to be missed in the area and make you participate in the sweet life of our beautiful region!
However, our Guest House is not a hotel:

Arrival departure :
To guarantee a quality welcome, we will receive you from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival and can welcome you until 8 p.m. Your departure will be before 10:30 am. We had to modify our arrival times in order to be able to apply our health protocol related to COVID-19 . We always appreciate very much that you give us even an approximate indication of your arrival times, or even your possible delay , because in all cases, and this is where the charm begins, it is the masters of the place who will welcome you ! For any different arrangement, remember to consult us for prior agreement: if our reception possibilities allow, an early arrival or a delayed departure are possible (see on this subject our "XL" options ).
Each room has individual access and you also have private parking for your vehicle. (On request, we can also accommodate large vehicles, such as vans or store a trailer but this requires prior agreement because places are limited). However, if you return after 10 p.m. or if you have to leave early in the morning, be sure to respect the rest of our other guests with whom you will share your stay in our guest house.
Housework
We take care of it personally. We give it very special care but we ask you to respect the premises . You can smoke ... but only outside: ashtrays are available under the pool house.
Eating meals
Like at home, the room is reserved for rest and not for meals .We will be happy to reserve a table for you in one of the restaurants near our Guest House. In season, you can of course use the tables outside for meal trays or take-out snacks that you will find nearby, on the Port du Brusc.
We only offer, according to the principle of "Bed & Breakfast", a reception for the night and the breakfast: you will therefore not be able to use our kitchen to prepare or take meals there, the introduction of food or drinks not being not allowed. In addition, we ask you to respect the premises and not to get wet in the summer lounge .
Access to the swimming pool
Our guests have free access to the swimming pool (heated from mid-April to October), always respecting everyone's comfort and tranquility. In this perspective, access to the swimming pool is not regulated by timetables, as long as everyone keeps in mind respect for the others .However, to prevent any accident, access to the swimming pool is reserved for children accompanied by responsible adults.
Private facilities
However, some facilities, such as the trampoline, are gifts received by our children. We can only encourage them to invite your children to participate in their games but in no way will we force our children to do so, thus respecting their privacy and their free will . No guest will be able to use these facilities without the presence of one of our daughters. We will also decline any responsibility in the event of an accident. Thank you for your understanding.
Animals
Since we already have a dog that obviously does not fit in either the bedrooms or the summer lounge, we will not be able to accept the presence of animals accompanying you in the bedrooms or within the grounds of the Bastide .
Your stay will be valid for the number of people occupying the room: we cannot accommodate within the Bastide, even for a moment, even during the day, other people who have come to accompany or visit you.
